The joys and rewards of owning a yacht come with considerable cost and many enterprising owners seek an amount of charter income to offset some of the purchase and running costs. Sunchaser Yachting offers a solution which places the emphasis on your rights as the owner first and foremost. Our yacht partnership scheme gives you, the owner, 'first call' on how much time you want to spend on your yacht, without any restrictions, and we then charter the yacht for the remaining weeks. We manage the charters and arrange for moorings, charter licence, insurance and lovingly care for winter maintenance. With our scheme you may keep the yacht in one location for the term of your contract (3-5 years) or you may decide to move it to a new location each season. Your costs are transparent and you keep 60% of the charter income, whilst our remuneration is 40%. Our yacht partnership scheme is designed with your interests foremost in mind (including the welfare of the yacht) and it avoids all conflict of interest, since we both benefit proportionately from the charters. We are currently working with Beneteau, Jeanneau, Oceanstar, Lagoon and Fontaine Pajot. We are also willing to discuss details for the management of larger, crewed yachts.
